The Barossa Valley Cheese Company has continued to grow with a great cheese making team that continue to make their cheese daily at their Cheesecellar. BVCC cheese is made by hand, wrapped by hand and packed by hand, all here in the Angaston, South Australia, premises. 

From day one, BVCC has partnered with local Barossa farming family, the Nietschke's, for supply of premium cows' milk. This close relationship ensures the highest quality milk, perfect for cheesemaking.
