Online and Pick up Deliveries

At The Prickly Pineapple, we have adjusted to COVID-19 disrupting millions and responded with offering Online and In store Pick Up so our amazing customers don't have to miss out.

We do have Free Delivery on all our orders but there is a minimum order value of $50.00

How does it work?

In Store Pick Up:
Please allow 24 hours for your order to be packed and ready for you at our store. 

Online Orders:
All online order need to be received by 3:00pm day prior to delivery. If orders are received after this time and we are unable to fulfil for delivery you will be notified by a team member. You will receive notification when your order is ready for delivery. If you have any special delivery notes please put them in the comments box at check out. 
Our Delivery times are between 10:00am and 5:00pm

Pinnacle Resort Customers: Your orders need to made 24 hours prior to your arrival.Please make sure you use the name you have made the booking with and put Pinnacles Address as the delivery address:
Pinnacles Resort, 16 Golden Orchid Dr, Airlie Beach QLD 4802.
