Ricotta, meaning "re-cooked", is a traditional farmhouse cheese.
La Vera use 'Pure Whey' to produce this soft and creamy ricotta which is sweet and delicate in flavour. Our Ricotta consists of a mass of fine, moist grains and although firm in texture, it melts in your mouth once it hits the palate.
Ingredients: Whey (milk derived), salt, postassium sorbate, citric acid.
