This cultured oat butter is made using Tasmanian organic oats. They curn oat yoghurt, organic coconut oil and Tasmanian sea salt to deliver a decadent, creamy spread that melts in your mouth just like dairy based butter.
Use on toast, in baking or to sauté vegetables. Makes for a fabulous roux for plant-based bechamel and bakes beautifully in cakes and cookies.
Slight cultured tang. Beautifully salted.
