Pyengana Dairy Preserved Vintage Cloth Matured Cheddar 150g
Pyengana Dairy's signature cheese. It is handcrafted using a recipe that is unique to Pyengana and has been perfected on farms in the valley over 130 years. Matured in a traditional cheese cloth in a cave-like environment for approximately 24 months to develop a rich, bold flavour with earthy characteristics.
Ingredients: whole milk, salt, rennet (non-animal), cultures, lysozyme (1105), animal lard.
Made in Australia from at least 99% Australian ingredients.
