This club cheddar is made with selected vintage cheddars that have been aged for a minimum of 18 months with the addition of the rich and earthy flavours of Tasmanian Black Truffles.
Truly unique and complex flavours, great crumbled and warmed through scrambled eggs; use it as a filling in place of garlic in hot bread. Or just on the platter!
