TCS Sleepy tea is a beautiful blend which will assist in relaxing you and easing you into a relaxing evening preparing you for a rejuvenating sleep. The benefit of this tea is that upon waking you will feel refreshed and ready to start the day.

Naturally caffeine free.

Brew: 1 heaped tsp with 250ml fresh, boiling water for 3-5 mins. 

Ingredients: Passion Flower, Organic Lemon Balm, Organic Chamomile, Organic Lavender, Organic Peppermint, Rose Petals.
