Udder Delights Adelaide Hills Heysen Blue 100g
We have run out of stock for this item.
A delicious cheese with a historical name, UD's Heysen Blue is named after Hans Heysen (Hi-Sen), an acclaimed landscape artist of the region. When young, this cheese is quite firm and moist, offering a cheddar-like flavour. As it matures, this flavour deepens in sharpness and becomes fruitier in its complexity. There is also a slight salty taste and delightful creaminess.
Handmade in Lobthal by expert cheesemakers from Adeliade hills, and milk sourced from family dairy farms across South Australia. Udderly Delighted to have been making, sharing and easting our cheese with you since 1999.
