On the wind-swept banks by the lower lakes of the Murray River lies an Organic Dairy that is also the sanctuary and chosen home to one of the world's largest population of protected native cape barren geese. 

Once naively culled by farmers of history for their consumption of crops, now protected, embraced and supported by a 4th generational family of dairy farmers to coexist on the organic farm.

Structurally intact milk protein, and the high butterfat of organic milk, results in buttery delicious cheese.

Ingredients: Pasteurised Organic Cow's Milk, Cream, non animal rennet, culture & salt.
