When do I need to place my order?

You can please your order up to 2 days prior to your arrival. In the comment section mention this is a Provisioning order so our Personal Shoppers are aware the produce packed will last as long as it can.

Yes you most certainly can. Add a note in the comment section to add to your previous order.

When placing your order we require a valid Australian phone number & email address so we can contact you at the time of delivery.
Information we require (or can be supplied closer to the time): The Company you have booked the hire through and the day you will be flying into The Whitsundays. If you are unsure feel free to call us so we can discuss further.

We offer Free Delivery on provisioning orders over $50.00. This does exclude any provisions being sent to Hamilton or Daydream Island which will incur a freight fee.

We deliver daily to all Marina's around Airlie Beach: Abel Point Marina, Port or Airlie and Shute Harbour. We also deliver to accommodation providers within Airlie Beach.
How do I receive my delivery?

We deliver directly to your boat. If you arrive in the afternoon we can delivery to your boat at a designated time otherwise our boatside deliveries start from 7:00am every morning. This will give you time to unpack and be ready for your briefing before heading out of the Marina's. If you are unsure on delivery times and schedule please call or email us.

If we need a top up of items can you deliver to the Whitsunday Islands?
We can certainly help you. If you need a mid-charter provision and are schedule to stop at Hayman, Daydream or Hamilton Island, place your order online 1 day before arriving at or near the islands and we will contact you regarding what ferry time slot your delivery will be on.
Please note someone does need to be at the ferry terminal to collect the order. This service does incur a delivery fee per box which you will be notified once your order has been confirmed.

When selecting In-store Pick up please choose the date you will be there for collection. In the comment section let us know your estimated time of arrival to ensure your items are ready for collection.
We are located out the front of Whitsunday Plaza Shopping Centre, Galbraith Park Drive Cannonvale QLD 4802.

If you see a product that is out of stock whilst you are shopping online, if you are viewing our website on the desktop format you will be able to add any comments in the cart note section on the right hand side. Alternatively, you can contact us via phone or email for any products you are wanting to add.

We understand dietary requirements are common and the variety of Requirements options available.

We do rely on manufactures labelling for management of dietary requirement needs. When ordering your provision please provide us with any details regarding special dietary requirements to ensure we can meet your full needs. We strongly suggest that you contact the boat hire company to find out what size or style of fridge and/or freezer will be onboard to help with ordering and what you are able to store.

Either of these companies will deliver to our Warehouse for your order to be delivered with your provisioning. Please ensure you use the same name when ordering as the name used when placing your provisioning order.
