In-Store Pickup

Our retail store is conveniently located at the front of Whitsunday Plaza on Galbraith Park Drive, Cannonvale. In-store pick-up is available six days a week. If you need to pick up your order on a Sunday, please call the store before checking out to confirm availability.

Delivery

We offer FREE delivery on orders over $50.00 (excluding Hamilton Island orders). Our delivery areas include Airlie Beach, Cannonvale, Abel Point Marina, Port of Airlie Marina, Shute Harbour Marina, Proserpine, Bowen, and Collinsville.

Our delivery services cover Home Deliveries, Bareboat & Super Yacht Provisioning, and Accommodation deliveries.

Local Deliveries

Monday to Friday (9:00am - 5:00pm)

Airlie Beach, Cannonvale, Mount Julian, Riordanvale, Shute Harbour, Strathdickie, Sugar Loaf, Woodwark

Dingo Beach & Hideaway Bay

Tuesday & Friday (9:00 - 4:00pm)

Bowen & Collinsville

Bowen: Tuesdays and Friday.

Collinsville: Every Tuesday.

If the delivery day falls on a public holiday, deliveries will be made the following day.

Proserpine & Conway

Monday, Wednesday & Friday (9:00am - 2:00pm)

Bareboat & Super Yacht Provisioning Deliveries

Deliveries are available Monday to Saturday from 8:00am. If boat deliveries are required on a Sunday, please contact us in advance to arrange before finalising your order online.

Whitsunday Island Deliveries

We offer delivery to Hamilton Island, Hayman Island, and Daydream Island. Please see below for the delivery schedule and associated fees.

Hayman Island

We offer FREE delivery to Hayman Island Monday to Friday, exclusively to the 5:30 PM ferry.

When checking out, please select 'Instore Pick Up' and choose the time slot 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM.

In the note section, kindly include:

Please deliver to the PM Hayman Island transfer boat at Coral Sea Marina.

This ensures your order arrives on time via the ferry!

Daydream & Hamilton Island

Please note that deliveries to Hamilton & Daydream Island do not qualify for Free Delivery. Once you place your order, you will receive an invoice for freight, which is calculated based on a per-box rate.

At checkout, please select the "In-store Pick Up" option. We offer two convenient time slots for ferry deliveries to Hamilton Island:

  • Morning: 10:30 AM and 11:30 AM
  • Afternoon: 3:05 PM and 4:05 PM

In the note section, please write:
To be delivered to Hamilton Island on Monday 11th Sept, 4:05 PM POA Ferry
