A beautifully rich mayonnaise that Roza's use as the base for many of their other products. Lovely as a plain mayo on salad, sandwiches, or with seafood. You can use this to make your own variations; add fresh herbs from your garden to make a herbed mayo, add chilli to spice it up, or as one of our customers suggested – mix with soy, mustard, and Worcestershire to make your own sauce for steak.
