Sweet Australian mango delicately spiced with red chilli and nigella. Inspiration from an Indian kitchen.

The English “chutney” is derived from the Indian word “chatni” meaning “to lick”. Finger licking good, chutneys are served to spice meals. The English added sugar and vinegar to these spice mixes to preserve fruit.


Serve with curries, tikkas, samosas and pakoras. Use it as a sandwich spread, on a cheese board or to baste a roast chicken
