Kehoe's aren’t able to source certified organic Basil now, so they have switched their old Organic Basil Cashew cheese product across to the natural (not certified organic) black label range.
The recipe is exactly the same except the ingredients are not certified organic.
Fermentation creates lactic acid (and lots of probiotics), so the dips are naturally acidic and will keep for months in the fridge even after opening.
Kehoe's Basil Dip is flavoured with real ingredients; basil, garlic, onion, turmeric and natural sea salt, giving it a delicious “basil/pesto” cheese flavour.
INGREDIENTS: Cashews, filtered water, basil, onion, sea salt, garlic, turmeric & culture.
PROBIOTICS Probiotic strains and quantity vary from batch to batch. Probiotics may cause gas in the jar. REFER NOTE ON LID BEFORE OPENING.
