Tasting Notes: The honey produced is light in colour with mild citrus and vanilla flavours, setting with a soft consistency. A more traditional honey, is perfect straight from the jar with a spoon, drizzled over hot porridge or smothered over a toasted crumpet.

Sourced from the green fertile pastures of the meander Valley in northern Tasmania, this clover honey (Trifolium spp) is a traditional honey and has been a popular honey variety for many decades.

Wellington Apiary began in 2009 in an established garden in the centre of Hobart by Antonia and Robin O’Brien.
