Tasting Notes: Each Small Batch flavour is uniquely and distinctly different. They are popular for their rare taste, and uses such as: Wild Fenell ice cream, White Kunzea ice cream, Silver Banksia pannecotta and Blackberry honey bliss balls. 

Wellington's Small Batch range allows them to showcase rare and unusual honey varieties from across Tasmania. This range is seasonal, and includes White Kunzea, Blackberry, Wild Fennel and Silver Banksia. With limited amounts and seasonal varieties, each honey type and batch number is hand written.

Wellington Apiary began in 2009 in an established garden in the centre of Hobart by Antonia and Robin O’Brien.
