Lockerbie Gold honeycomb is cut straight from the hive. It isn’t heat-treated or modified and preserves the flavour, aroma and beauty of natural honey. The natural wax is perfectly edible and served rich with honey is a perfect pairing with cheese. It’s also gluten free.
