Chopped tomatoes are unique as they merge the tomato juice to the pulp, cut into big chunks.
The unmistakable smell and the rich and intense flavor of Bioitalia tomatoes is possible thanks to the manufacturing that begins just a few hours after the gathering. Bioitalia's chopped tomatoes has a higer water content than the strained, for this reason it is ideal for cooking at high temperatures too (as in the oven) or long cooking.
