Charley's are excited to expand their milk chocolate collection with their new Crocodile Mountain Milk Chocolate, drawing inspiration from our highly popular Crocodile Mountain Dark Chocolate. Crafted from cocoa beans grown near Crocodile Mountain in the lush Maria Creek Valley of Tropical North Queensland, this milk chocolate has a very rounded, very creamy base with excellent complexity due to the high cocoa content at 60%. This is very much an "adult" milk chocolate which also appeals to dark chocolate purists.  

In Australia, cocoa only grows in a narrow coastal strip of Tropical North Queensland. This is the home of Charley’s! 

The cocoa beans for this superb milk chocolate are grown at the foot of Crocodile Mountain in and around the fertile Maria Creek Valley.  They are carefully crafted to produce a very complex,  dark chocolate with fruity highlights.
