Duro Casarecce Pasta 350g

Pronounced "Cah-sah-ret-chee" which translates to homemade in Italian. Originating in Sicily this pasta shape is traditionally made using only durum wheat and water.
The small twists that curve back on themselves are very similar in appearance to Strozzapretti, the short version of Pici which is more commonly from the North of Italy.
