Slightly crimped at one end with a wider opening at the other, this strong curled pasta is a master at capturing and carrying sauce. Also known as Pipe (pronounced Pip-peh) it's like a hybrid of a macaroni and a conchiglie shell and just as versatile or interchangeable.
