Heat Level: MILD - There is no chilli in this blend, it is a classic and comforting blend created with warming spices and black pepper.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of ghee or coconut oil in a medium sized saucepan. Add dahl mix, stirring, until fragrant, approx. 2 minutes.
- Add 1.25L (5 cups) boiling water and stir to combine and bring to a bubbling boil.
- Recommended – add 2 cups of mixed chopped vegetables.
- Turn heat to low and cook dahl, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes. Serve warm.
