How to use: makes a great sandwich, goes perfectly on a salad or in a wrap, pizza or over rice. Ready to eat from the can but suggested pan frying for a more delicious warm meal. Place in a pan over medium heat with some oil (optional) and cook for 8-10 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally. 

Ingredients: Young green jackfruit (55%), water, tomato, can sugar, garlic, shallot, sea salt, modified corn starch, ginger, pepper, mustard powder, BBQ flavour, paprika.
