In response to consumer demand Symons launched organic mozzarella from their Mortlake factory in May 2021. To ensure staying true to its Italian heritage they enlisted the help of Fabio who has 35 years experience making mozzarella and previously made the only Australian organic mozzarella which was discontinued a few years ago. This cheese-making skill combined with the rich biodynamic/organic milk from Symons farmers in Western Victoria, has produced a traditional mozzarella ball which is soft, delicate and most importantly stretchy with subtle flavour and a creamy texture.
Ingredients: Australian Organic Milk (98%), salt, starter cultures,non-animal rennet.
